Prospectors Dining Company is currently open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Breakfast is served until 11:00 a.m. Monday - Saturday and from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. Enjoy dinner in the evenings on Friday, Saturday, and Monday. You can choose to dine indoors or you may want to enjoy your meal on the covered patio out front. With a full menu, Prospectors Dining Company has something for everyone, including big screen televisions, free Wi-Fi (Wireless Internet Service), and a selection of Nora Mill Grains for sale inside.
The "Gold Mining" theme is a tribute to the history surrounding Coker Creek in the early 1830's. In keeping with the heritage and historical theme, owners Frank and Stephanie Smith are doing something unique. When you donate a table to the restaurant and provide your family history, Prospectors Dining Company will write your family's history on the table, laminate it, and replace an existing table with your table. Anyone sitting at the table in the future will be able to read about one of Monroe County's families.
